Once an order is placed, it is usually processed within 2 – 3 working days after receipt of payment.
The estimated delivery date varies according to your location but usually, it would take between 10 – 30 days.
Standard shipping with tracking is available for every purchased book and is included in the price.
Please note that sometimes delays of delivery can occur due to circumstances we are not able to influence like the COVID-19 pandemic, Christmas Holidays, and other holidays around the world.
Return policy
You can return your product, in case you find it different from what you expect. However, we do not accept returns of already damaged goods or misuse of the book. If your copy has been damaged during delivery due to unsuitable packaging, please contact us and we will see if we can replace it for you.
Payment options
Currently, you can purchase the book using a bank transfer. We will send you the invoice by email and we will ship your order once we receive the payment into one of our bank accounts.
Note we are using different bank accounts depending on your location and currency preferences.
USA Customers
For customers located in the USA please use the option USA Domestic Transfer.
International Customers
For International customers from outside of the USA, please choose one of the options International Wire EUR or International Wire USD depending on whether you would like to pay in Euros or in USD.
